I have known Bill Manganaro for several years and am impressed by his thoughtful and analytical approach to issues and concerns. He is an engineer who holds an MBA and currently leads a group of healthcare analysts consulting with large, self-insured employer groups. As a volunteer mentor at the Matter Chicago Healthcare Incubator, Bill guides entrepreneurs through bringing next-generation technology to market. Bill is also unique in that he was an EMT and firefighter for several years and understands the vital role that the Village Board plays in support of public safety.
